Born in Guntur, India and raised in Bangalore, India, Pridhvi Sunain Zoro is an emerging star who moved to Los Angeles a year ago. He is an American stage actor and filmmaker based in Los Angeles and Santa Monica, established himself as an actor who is willing to embrace risk and experiment with roles with full dedication. Besides his acting manoeuvre, he is also well established as a filmmaker with miraculous talent and earned immense fame among his industry fellows. He lived with the dreams of acting since childhood and his interest of combining technology with arts encouraged him to start an animation course, where he started as an animator specialising in lighting, rendering, storytelling and continued journey as an editor for films, music videos and animatics.
Started career as an animator and grew up as an actor, editor, screenplay writer, cinematographer and director, Pridhvi has gained acclamation in the United States. He is a passionate, dedicated and determined artist of theatrical world who performs to the best of his abilities. Some of his best works are 'Medea', 'The Importance of being Earnest', 'Taming of the Shrew' and few musical theatre numbers like 'Gypsy', 'You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown', 'The Addams Family' and 'Pajama Game'. His few recent plays at Santa Monica Main Stage are 3 Tony award-winning rock musical 'Next to Normal', and 'Disgraceful Veils ofAfghanistan's Taliban', which tells the story about the plight of women and education in Taliban-ruled Afghanistan, and has won a Kennedy award. Both of them are directed by Dr. Adrianne Harrop.
He is not only confined to theatre but has also established himself in TV and filmmaking. Some of his projects like MYX TV series 'Cheap Date' and 'Best Night Ever', and Priswes Studios' 'My Soulmate' and 'Jimmy Shine 1968' show the high quality of Pridhvi's skills as a chief-editor, writer and cinematographer. He has also worked as a director of photography for a TV series - 'Newlywed and Broke'. Currently, he's working on a feature titled 'Double Knock' under Lynne Stinson of Holland Dozier Holland Productions, Inc., for 2015, and 'Mother I Flew Away': a dark dramatic psychological thriller which is currently in production. He is also working on a music video starring a famous American rapper Percy Romeo Miller.
His achievements are not limited to his critically acclaimed work but he is even awarded by honourable scholarship for a big contribution in theatre department by Santa Monica College.
As he says, "I want to make my country proud, no matter what it takes. Passion and people will drive you further." After establishing Priswes Studio in United States, his main goal is to come back to India to create a studio which will give opportunities to new talents and completely change the way of film in storytelling and technology.
According to examiner.com, when asked to give advices to the aspiring performers, he says that, "Performing is like painting. It needs time, patience, focus, passion, dedication towards your art and respect to the fellow artists who travel with us till the end of every project we dream of, well I'm still travelling; I haven't been too far yet to give so much advice, but just wanted to share what and how we love what we do."
India is proud of such a talent and is waiting for Pridhvi to bring innovative way in filmmaking and show much advanced technique of filmmaking, which is completely different from the conventional approach of existing cinema in India.
