GUNTUR: In a shocking incident, an unidentified man was allegedly burnt to death at the Old Bus Stand in Mangalagiri, Monday. The incident occurred at around 5 am. It is said that unknown persons doused the man with kerosene and set him ablaze. Some passersby noticed the fire and informed the police. Police rushed to the spot and sent the body for post mortem.
“The details of the deceased are yet to be ascertained. It is also not known whether he was set ablaze on the spot or was killed somewhere and burnt at the bus stand. A case has been booked and investigation is on,” said Mangalagiri CI Suresh Babu.
