The ex-showroom price of RC 390 bike in the city is Rs. 2,09,168.
Bajaj Auto Limited on Wednesday launched KTM RC 200 and KTM RC 390 sport bikes in the city to strengthen its market share in the segment.
With a 43.5 Ps of power, the RC 390 bike comes with a host of features, including ABS, Metzeler tyres, upside down forks and aluminium swingarm.
The ex-showroom price of the bike in the city is Rs. 2,09,168. On the other hand, the KTM RC 200, powered with 200 CC engine, is equipped with twin projector headlamps at the front and a unique body integrated pillion seat.
It is offered at an ex-showroom price of Rs.1,63,366.
Addressing media persons here, V.K.V. Rao Vadrevu, Area Manager — Probiking, Bajaj Auto Limited, claimed that since the commencement of duke bikes in the city last year, the company sold about 350 bikes.
“The response from customers here is good and the sales increased considerably. We are expecting similar response to the RC 200 and RC 390 models also,” said Mr. Vadrevu.
He said the company was planning to expand its dealership network across the State. ACP (Traffic) S. Srinivasa Rao handed over the keys to the first customer on the occasion.
